Preschool Gymnastics
DAYTIME TOT
(AGES 3 – 5 YEARS OLD)
This 45-minute class is focused on developing confidence, balance, strength, coordination, listening skills, and giggles. Students will start each class with a fun and active warm-up followed by practicing the basic shapes and body positions used often in gymnastics and yoga. Each week, students will go to 3 different events which can include tumbling, balance beam, bars, trampoline, and vault.
Every two weeks, the Preschool Gym will transform as we incorporate fun themes into our classroom and curriculum. At STARZ, we know that engaging the imaginations of our students increases their focus and promotes the development of their creativity and critical thinking.
Our 6:1 student/teacher ratio ensures that each class includes one-on-one instruction with each student at every rotation. We are committed to maintaining a small class size to allow for the highest quality instruction for each student.
Annual Membership Fee: $20/Individual, $30/Family

PARENT & TOT

This 45-minute class is designed to create a fun and active way to bond with your child through the sport of gymnastics with the guidance of an instructor.
This class helps little ones to increase their confidence, balance, strength, coordination, and listening skills. Students and parents will start each class with a fun and active warm-up together. Each week students and parents will go to 3 different events which can include tumbling, balance beam, bars, trampoline, and vault.

FUTURE STARZ
(AGES 3 – 5 YEARS OLD)

This 90-minute, invite only, class is for our advanced 3 – 5-year-olds. This class is focused on developing confidence, balance, strength, coordination, listening skills, and giggles. Students will start each class with a fun and active warm-up, followed by practicing the basic shapes and body positions used often in gymnastics and yoga. Each week, students will go to all 4 Olympic events including vault, bars, beam, and floor. They will also work on the trampolines and Tumbl Trak to build air awareness and stability.
This class is designed to help our advanced preschool students prepare for our Preteam program. Each event will help our Future STARZ build the strong foundational skills and strength that their future gymnastics skills will be built on.
This class will utilize our Recreational and Competitive Gym spaces. Every two weeks, the Recreational Gym will transform as we incorporate fun themes into our classroom and curriculum. At STARZ, we know that engaging the imaginations of our students increases their focus and promotes the development of their creative and critical thinking.
