JUNIOR NINJA
(AGES 3 – 6 YEARS OLD)
This 45-minute class is perfect for little ones, ages 3 – 6, who love to hop, spin, roll, swing, and crash (safely, of course!) Students will ninja through multiple different obstacle courses designed to grow their coordination, confidence, and strength. Each class will begin with fun and active warm-ups where students will practice basic movements such as hopping, skipping, running, and jumping in a variety of creative ways.
Every two weeks, the Preschool Gym will transform as we incorporate fun themes into our classroom and curriculum. At STARZ, we know that engaging the imaginations of our students increases their focus and promotes the development of their creativity and critical thinking.
Our 6:1 student/teacher ratio ensures that each class includes one-on-one instruction with each student, at every rotation. We are committed to maintaining a small class size to allow for the highest quality instruction for each student.

This 60-minute class is perfect for active kids, ages 6+ who love to hop, spin, roll, swing, and crash (safely, of course!) Students will “ninja” through different obstacle courses designed to increase their coordination, confidence, and strength. Each class will begin with a fun and active warm-up where students will practice basic movements such as jumping, skipping, running, and rolling in a variety of creative ways. This class serves as a great “springboard” to help students accelerate in other sports as well, as it is all about functional movements and coordination.
